Chruscini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. brandy, rum or wine
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar, egg yolks, salt, brandy and vinegar.
    Add flour, roll out very thin.
    Slice into oblong rectangles about 1 x 3-inches.
    Slit centers and twist through.
    Fry in deep fat fryer until they turn a cream color.
