Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    1 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    potato chips, crushed
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick of oleo in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix all other ingredients together except potato chips and spoon into the pan. Top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 375\u00b0. Serves 8.
