Quick Meat Sauce Over Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. V-8 juice
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 4 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Brown ground beef in skillet.
Stir the cornstarch into the V-8 juice and pour over the hamburger.
Add the bouillon cube and salt.
Cook for 8 minutes or until thickened.
Place rice in a large serving bowl.
Make a hollow in the center and pour in the meat sauce.
