Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 16 ounce box pasta or noodles
    2 cans beef chunks or 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
    2 envelopes mushroom gravy plus water for 1 mix
    2 7 ounce cans mushrooms
    1 8 ounce carton sour cream
    1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of chicken soup
    1 package (about 9 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1 cup cubed cooked chicken or turkey
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
    1 cup all-purpose baking mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Bake 30 minutes or until golden. Serves 4.
