Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
6 Tbsp. sugar (2 Tbsp. per egg white)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until beginning to get double or fluffy.
Start sprinkling sugar over whites, while continuing beating, until thick and all of sugar is used; if you tilt bowl over, it will not slide out.
Add vanilla during last of beating.
After putting meringue over pie, bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown.
