Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 (3/4 to 1-inch thick) pork chops
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped Mexican chilies (Old El Paso)
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Heat oil; brown chops.
    Remove.
    Saute onions and chilies; stir until onions are soft and clear.
    Stir in rice until lightly browned.
    Add soup and water; blend well.
    Place in greased casserole; top with pork chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
