Pork Chop And Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 pork chops
    1/2 to 3/4 c. cheese
    1 to 2 c. milk
    1 medium onion
    5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry pork chops and set aside.
    Place a layer of potatoes and onion in bottom of baking dish or pan.
    Then place layer of pork chops on potatoes.
    Put 1 tablespoon of cheese on pork chops.
    Put a layer of potatoes over top of chops.
    Mix remaining cheese and dot top with margarine.
    Pour on milk, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
