Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced zucchini
    sliced tomatoes
    sliced onion
    sliced bell pepper
    8 oz. or more Mozzarella shredded cheese
    saltine crackers
    3 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Layer vegetables repeating zucchini and tomato layers, sprinkling the flour or cornstarch over lower layers to thicken and to absorb some of the liquid the vegetables make as they cook.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook vegetables, covered with aluminum foil, for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover after 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top to cover.
    On top of this, place crushed saltine crackers to cover.
    Return to oven for 30 minutes more, uncovered. Delicious when flavors meld.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
