Cheese Cake Miniatures - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
24 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

In bowl, mix cream cheese until fluffy.
Beat in eggs, milk, vanilla, juice and salt.
Insert 24 cupcake liners in tins.
Place vanilla wafer, flat side down in liners.
Fill cups 2/3 full with batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until filling is puffed and set.
Filling will settle back when cooled.
Top with cherry pie filling.
Keep refrigerated.
