Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/3 c. Crisco
5 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Cream sugar and Crisco together; add eggs 1 at a time, beating well.
Add flour and milk alternating, start and end with flour. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
