Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
4 Tbsp. water
1 1/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Take 1/2 cup berries and water, bring to boil in heavy saucepan.
When berries are done, add sugar and cornstarch (dissolved in 4 tablespoons water); add salt.
Cook until thick and clear.
Add remaining berries and lemon juice.
Pour into baked pie shell, chill and serve with whipped cream, if desired.
