Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. dry pinto beans
    1 (10 oz.) bag Picksweet Seasoning Blend
    2 ham hocks
    garlic powder
    black pepper, salt and water
    2 lb. Hillshire beef or pork sausage, sliced
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook beans, ham hocks, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, water and Picksweet Blend on low to medium heat until almost done. Add sausage slices and cook until beans are completely done, then add cooked rice and serve.
