2 12 oz. pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 16 oz. jar salsa
1 lb. ground beef fully cooked and drained
1 4 oz. can diced green chiles
1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease 13x9inch baking dish. Divide biscuits into quarters place in baking dish. Combine salsa, beef, chiles, peppers, and onions in a bowl. Pour over biscuits. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar and monterey jack cheese. Bake 10 more minutes until cheese is melted.
