Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 c. Minute rice
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
2 cans cream-style corn
1 small jar pimento
1 tsp. sugar
grated cheese
Preparation

Melt oleo. Saut onions and bell pepper. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Put into casserole dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Add grated cheese on top and bake 10 minutes longer.
