Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium baking potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick with peel
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. grated sharp cheese or more (if desired)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and arrange in 2-quart baking dish in layered rows. Sprinkle chopped onion, salt and pepper over potatoes.
    Pour soup over all and top with cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
    Serves 6.
