English Pea-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. early June peas, cooked
    1 small can pimento, drained
    1 c. cheese, grated
    3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. buttered bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Put half of the peas, pimento, cheese and eggs in layers in a casserole. Repeat layers. Cover with mushroom soup and add buttered crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 large servings.
