Dijon Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 tsp. herbs (parsley, chives, etc.)
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Slice potatoes thin.
    Rinse under cold running water to remove most of the starch.
    Dry well.
    Melt margarine and saute potatoes until golden.
    Add water, salt and pepper; cover and cook gently for 20 minutes.
    Drain potatoes.
    Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over potatoes just before serving.
