Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 c. cake flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Blend pulp
    and
    eggs.\tAdd
    milk
    and dry ingredients. Stir in margarine.
    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
