Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. grated onion
3 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. green bell pepper
2 Tbsp. diced pimento
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Dissolve together lemon Jell-O, salt and boiling water.
Add cold water and vinegar to dissolved mixture.
Stir together and fold into Jell-O mixture the mayonnaise, sour cream, dry mustard, onion, cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, pimento and parsley.
Pour into mold.
Chill until thick (approximately 3 hours).
