Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. milk
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
3 oz. pkg. smoked sliced beef, chopped
2 1/4 oz. jar mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine.
Add milk and cream cheese.
Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
Stir in meat, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and parsley; heat.
Serve hot.
