Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped green bell peppers
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
Preparation

Chop very fine both kinds of peppers, then combine with sugar and vinegar.
Bring to rolling boil.
Boil hard for 1 minute; remove from fire.
Add Certo; mix well.
Pour into hot jars; seal with paraffin wax.
