Spinach Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) manicotti
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) fresh spinach, squeezed
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 scallions, sliced
    1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cook manicotti according to package directions.
    Cook ground beef for 5 minutes; drain.
    In large bowl combine beef, Ricotta cheese, spinach, oregano, salt, pepper and scallions.
    Fill each manicotti with 2 tablespoons meat mixture and place in baking dish.
    Pour tomato sauce over manicotti.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
