Chicken Aloha - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, cut in thin strips (3/4 c.)
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 (1 lb. 6 oz.) can pineapple pie filling (1 c.)
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation

In a saucepan, cook celery and green pepper in hot oil until tender-crisp.
Stir in soup, pie filling, water and soy sauce. Add chicken.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Serve over hot, cooked rice.
Sprinkle almonds over each serving.
Makes 6 servings.
