Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cauliflower, broken into small flowerets
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. finely cut celery
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and put into a large mold or in individual molds.
    Chill for at least 2 hours.
    Garnish with sweet pickle pieces and stuffed olives.
    Serves 8 to 10.
