Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed on box and add the milk and melted margarine.
    Pour 1/2 of batter in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
