Carrot Cake(Three 9-Inch Layer Pans) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda, salt and sugar and pour over chopped nuts.
Add to mixture of eggs, salad oil and carrots. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes.
