Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen, spears or chopped broccoli, boiled for 2 minutes, set aside and drained
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    2 c. milk
    1 c. canned chicken broth
    4 Tbsp. flour, all-purpose, white
Preparation
    Combine butter and onion; saute.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg gradually.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add to it the broth and milk.
