Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (liquid and all)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil canned sweet potatoes (large size) with lid on for about 10 to 15 minutes to soften.
Beat with an electric mixer, all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Sprinkle on topping and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
