Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 green peppers
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

Cut tops off each pepper.
Remove seeds and white membrane. In a small bowl combine beef, onion, pimiento, salt and pepper. Spoon into peppers.
Stand peppers up in crock-pot.
Add Worcestershire sauce and mustard to soup.
Pour over peppers. Cover pot; cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
