Mom'S Salmon Party Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red sockeye salmon
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Drain salmon and remove any skin or bones.
    Combine all but pecans and parsley, mixing well.
    Mix pecans and parsley on wax paper.
    Form salmon mixture into a ball and roll in pecans/parsley.
    Chill several hours before serving with crackers.
