Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, except Parmesan cheese.
    Turn into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Crumbled bacon bits may be sprinkled on top before baking for added flavor.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
