Santa Fe Corn & Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 - 6 1/2 oz. pkg. cornbread mix
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro
3 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. melted margarine
4 eggs
1 - 16 oz. pkg. Green Giant frozen corn, green & red peppers, broccoli (chop broccoli)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 400.
Grease 13X9 pan.
