Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/2 lb. bread, cubed (may use more)
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in salad oil in skillet.
    Combine bread and milk and blend together.
    Add garlic, onions, beef, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
    Blend together by hand.
    Pass mixture through grinder.
    Add parsley and eggs.
    Form the meat balls by hand and put on sheet pans, greased.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until done.
