Chicken Scaloppine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove fat from chicken and flatten by slapping with palm of your hand.
    Mix bread crumbs, cheese and oregano.
    Add a little salt and pepper.
    Beat egg whites until foamy and dip chicken in it.
    Coat chicken with bread crumbs and dip again in egg whites. Coat with bread crumbs a second time.
    Heat oil in a nonstick skillet and brown chicken on both sides.
    Reduce heat.
    Add wine and cover.
    Cook 5 more minutes.
    There will be no wine left in pan.
    Serve with pasta.
