Vada'S Congealed Marshmallow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fruit flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 pt. whipped cream or 1 pkg. Dream Whip
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Pour gelatin into boiling water; add marshmallows and stir well. Pour in large mold and refrigerate until almost firm. Thoroughly mix cream cheese with the sugar and the gelatin. Add lemon juice, salt, pineapple and nuts. Fold in prepared whipped cream or Dream Whip. Chill until firm.
