Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. white sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients just enough to blend.
    Pour into greased 8-inch square pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
