Mushrooms And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) jar mushrooms
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 large onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Saute onions (sliced and separated) in butter in frying pan. Cook until they begin to turn clear.
    Add drained mushrooms; cook until brown.
    Add rice; stir until all rice is coated.
    Pour consomme over mixture in pregreased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until rice is tender.
