Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, sliced thin
    1 small yellow onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can tomatoes, chopped with juice
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. each: thyme and red pepper
    1/8 tsp. each: allspice, cloves and cayenne pepper
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken breast
    1/2 lb. raw shelled and deveined shrimp
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 large link Polish sausage
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large saucepan.
    Add green pepper, celery, onion and garlic.
    Cook until onion is soft and translucent.
    Add broth, tomatoes and spices.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Add chicken, shrimp, rice and sausage slices.
    Cook until shrimp are pink.
