Broiled Red Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red snapper fillet
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/8 c. melted margarine
    Pam
Preparation
    Mix lemon juice and seasonings.
    Brush onto fish; let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Next, brush the fish with margarine. Spray rack on baking pan with Pam.
    Place fish on rack and put the pan in a preheated oven.
    Broil uncovered for 10 minutes on each side or until done.
    Serve hot.
