Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 1/2 c. cleaned shrimp
2 c. rice
Preparation

Saute onions, green peppers and garlic in oil.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Add tomatoes and cook until thick stirring constantly.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add shrimp.
Heat through. Shrimp should simmer 3 to 5 minutes to be done.
Serve over rice. Serves 4.
