Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. crumbled corn bread
    6 c. dry bread cubes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
    Saute celery and onion in butter until clear.
    Add to first 4 ingredients and toss well.
    Add eggs and water.
    Stuff turkey or chicken or bake in greased, covered casserole dish for approximately 1 hour.
