Banana Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk (3 1/2 Tbsp. milk and 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and bananas.
    Add nuts, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Add flour, soda and salt mixture.
    Beat well.
    Pour in greased loaf pan and bake at 325\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
