Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggplants, wash and slice about 1/4 to 1/2-inches thick
    large jar Prego (any type)
    1 ball Mozzarella cheese (as thin as you can)
    2 eggs, beaten
    seasoned bread crumbs
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    After slicing eggplant, put in a last bowl of salted cold water for 15 minutes; then drain.
