Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peppers, cut off stem and take out pulp and seeds; parboil for 10 minutes
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. rice (Minute Rice)
    1 small onion
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can (1 lb. size) tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onions; prepare 1 cup rice. Mix all ingredients together and place inside drained peppers.
    Place in shallow pan and add 1 cup water in bottom of pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    (If you have any filling left over, place in small casserole and bake about 15 minutes.)
