German Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. margarine or butter
    scallions
    mushrooms
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 cans beef broth
    1 1/2 cans water
Preparation
    Saute bottoms of scallions or one good size onion.
    Let get semi-soft.
    Add mushrooms, then add rice and soy sauce.
    Let cook ten minutes.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
