Gourmet Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced and half cooked
1 small pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
salt and pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine in saucepan tomato soup, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Stir until blended.
Pour over carrots, peppers and onions. Refrigerate overnight.
