Shrimp Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. elbow macaroni
4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
12 oz. cooked, shelled shrimp (fresh or canned)
1 bunch celery, diced (4 to 5 c.)
2 large green peppers, cored, seeded and chopped
1 large onion, diced
1/2 c. parsley flakes
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions; let cool.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, shrimp, celery, peppers, onion and parsley.
Mix well.
Add macaroni; toss to coat.
Refrigerate 2 hours for flavors to blend.
