Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Parkay
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream Parkay until light and fluffy (I melt Parkay until soft). Sift together and stir in flour, powdered sugar and baking powder. Add pecans and vanilla.
    Sift and set aside powdered sugar.
    With fingers, shape into crescents and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until delicately brown. Sprinkle powdered sugar on wax paper; put cookies on wax paper. Sift powdered sugar on top of warm cookies.
