Egg Croquettes* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cooked eggs, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. milk
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour and blend well.
    Add milk and seasonings.
    Cook until mixture thickens.
    Remove from fire, then add hard-cooked eggs.
    Set in cool place, then shape into cakes. Roll in cracker crumbs, then in an egg and fry in hot fat.
