Mrs. Robinson'S Raisin Cider Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. cider or apple juice
    1/2 c. golden raisins
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients in saucepan.
    Stir in juice and raisins.
    Over high heat, bring to a boil, stirring slowly and constantly until clear and thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Add lemon juice.
    Makes 1 1/4 cups.
    Serve over baked ham.
